Have I mentioned lately how much I love Layout A Day? If it weren’t for LOAD, there would be a lot
of pages that I simply would not ever have created; I just wouldn’t have
thought of it. This page is one of them.
I’ve had these old pictures for about 30 years (yes, my
little girl is that old), and I’ve
had the paper for a while, too. I really
didn’t know what to do with either one of them.
Lain’s prompt took me right to the pictures, which made me realize how
important it is to document all those “favorites” from days gone by. I knew I wanted to do something a little
“retro-looking”, so I flipped through my DCWV Retro pack and here was this fun paper with a ready-made “top 3”
list. I just couldn’t resist.
When I did this page, I had to stop and think hard about
what shows to list. I decided that it would probably be a good idea to make
some notes about all those favorites now
while I’m thinking about them, so they will be easier to incorporate into my
books when the time comes. Do you ever
make pages of your “favorites” or lists for use on future pages?

Oh, MY! Sometimes it doesn't matter how smart your spell-checker is...typos and misspellings slip by. Apologies for the inappropriate "two" where there should have been a "too." It's been corrected.
